The event brought together stakeholders to debate and shape the future research and innovation landscape. EU Commission is pushing for innovative projects that could respond to the climate crisis and help protect Europe’s unique eco-system and bio-diversity. Given the urgency of the challenges discerning results in the short and medium term are waited. More targeted larger and visible actions with rapid scalability are expected from researchers.
